Well, that's how an OMM/MM works,
He holds the payment until the name is transferred efficiently,
Otherwise you could just recover the account or snipe the name.

 

Someone could snipe the name from me and I get screwed over. Now that I've lurked the name section more, people tend to scam. If you want the name you can purchase the account yourself and handle it accordingly otherwise this name will just collect dust.
