Unfair Infraction

I recieved a warning for spamming, and before i had time to read it i recieved a infraction for spamming.

This is what happened -

Ok so i admit i spammed on that thread, although I was not aware i was spamming I take full responsability for it becuase is should have read the rules.

I don't even think that was bloody Spam, I posted my opinion just like thatsweetdude did and what boom headshot did in the post after mine. Just becuase my post wasn't as long as theres it's spam? Bloody bullshit if you ask me.

But what Im really not happy about, and what i don't think is fair. Is that i didn't have time to read the warning Email untill after i Posted that last bit of "spam".

I did not get the little pop up box telling me that i had an email untill after i posted the 2nd bit of "spam"... I thinks its becuase the box doesn't come up untill you refresh the page.

This was tottaly unfair, you should give me atleast 5 minutes to read the message before you hit me up with another fucking infraction -.-

Sorry If im sounding angry, but i tryed to reason with him in emails but he did not budge. He warned me of more infractions, and i replyed with that proof. Then he did not reply. So im posting up here. Please remove my infraction Beucase i believe it was Unfair

By the way Boom, i see alot of disputes are about you. I think you should settle down a bit with the spammers, and try to catch more scammers -.-.. after all its them doing the real bad things not us.

If this does not cease I will talk to sythe, and only when she says no, and only then. Will I cease. Becuase I honestly think this is entirely unfair.

You then proceded the add another useless comment. Which, would still be spam

Now, that is spam, there is a sticky in the gfx section that explains you will now be infracted for spam in that section.

So, even without the previous warning you still should have been infracted.

The first warning you got, was for spam, but did i infract you? No, i warned you.

You were posting for the soul purpose to increase your post count.


Now, do not go into the GFX section, or any other section in the future and post, quite frankly crap.


I suggest you stop whining about the infraction and warning, and make an effort to read the rules and stickies, then you wil hopefully not be punished again.

 

In all honestly, I edited that 2nd bit of spam after i had read the warning. But then 30 seconds later i got an infraction for it. I read the warning and then cleaned up my spam.

and, your wrong. I wasn't looking to increase my post count. Iv'e been a member for almost 4 days and my post count is only 40. If i was looking to increase my post count it would be alot higher than that.

Maybe im different from most low post count posters and i actually reply to things for a reason. I genually liked what he had done with it. But becuase i do not have much exsperiance with GFX there wasn't much more that i could say. Then i read the warning, went back and edited it to clean up my spam. But i still got a infraction for it. If you look at the edited times i edited at 9:03, recieved the 2nd infraction at 9:04. I tryed to clean up my spam but you didn't give me a chance.

 

Listen. The GFX Section rule was different. Unhelpful comments are infracted without warning as the thread at the top was there for that purpose.
