Junseikei scammed me for $7

I tried to buy 2 pins off Junseikei for $7 via paypal, heres his thread here:

I sent him the money through paypal as a gift, and he gave me a list of 4 sms pins. none of them worked, and i told him and he said that he would try them himself then he said hed give me my money back and then give me a new set of pins tomorrow. then he logged and i never got my money.
