DeathBeam is a scammer (Thanks to caillou0 for helping me with the info on reporting)

Well, pics will be below, this guy told me to go first, cause he was buying my acc for 10m, well, I gave him pass \ username he changes pass puts recoverys, but he doesn't give account, he asks for all info, he just says he can't get on runescape all of a sudden... and he can't for a while... when I asked for pass back, he just said "Recover it" he's a scammer... please give him a TWC or a ban
