Wootlol scammed me 250m

If he gives the money back then I will take this off which will give him another chance to be with the community.

Briefly explain the trade: I decided on buying a level 138 for the only money I had which was 250m. He is a trusted member from 2005 with plenty of vouches dealing with accounts and money up to 400m at a time, so I figured hes trusting. But I was wrong. I trusted him and traded him the 250m while taking pictures of the entire trade. He then signed off and ignored me. I will post pictures now.
How they scammed: Selling me his 138 combat account for my 250m
Proof that you were not talking to an impostor: I was talking to him through msn which is a big no no. I understand.
