Well.. it's not so much that they "reccomend" you as much as it is some who vouches supports that the person is reliable.

 

if i vouch ancient ankh it meens that i trust her and that she is very nice

you vouch if u have a good trade or service with some one

 

Like if you do a job for someone and all goes good then they would post something like "great seller *vouch" and then people know that hes somewhat trusted...
