Alright, while i don't agree with your decision, you might as well distribute the punishment fairly if that's how you intend to proceed.

Josh did the exact same thing by selling "Oo" to Basics, and therefore should receive a TWC as well.

He knowingly sold a name originally owned by someone that he knew to be, according to him, a well known name recoverer.

I'm putting both under TWC for the same reason. Dealing with undesirables is another factor here. They should quote this post in their eventual TWC disputes. Name sales are sketchy, and these users have been involved in sketchy means. This is a light TWC, and a few successful trades OUTSIDE of the name sale market where the users TWC'd are trusted will go a long way. I'm hoping this resolves the situation.

Petty bullshit doesn't go over well with us. Don't risk friendships based on these things, losing money scares everyone, but don't go too far.
