Ars3nic Didn't pay me

I was trainning Ars3nic account on runescape "Sweet_I_Win." He was willing to do 15gp/1xp, I just couldn't resists. He seemed like a nice guy so I trusted him, thinking he was actually going to pay that much. So After a long 10 hours maximum of my time on his account from 38 strength to 50 strength was done. I was exhausted and was anxiously waiting for my earned payment. So heres ALL the evidence I got on this fucking retarded noob for not paying me.

I want this scammer to be banned because he didn't pay me for trainning his runescape account: "Sweet_I_Win" strength from 38-50. What a waste of time. Also his main account is "Fr0zendesire" which I'm going to try my best to get both of them banned from runescape.

As you can see I have ALOT of evidence, so if this guy actually doesn't get perm. banned from sythe I'm going to phone him using his Ip, and contact the enforment department. Take this to Court!

EDIT: Hold on Mods! Me and Ars3nic are negotiating on MSN as we speak. So I'll reply when the trades gone successfull or not! Don't ban him yet.

I have many evidence, so I want to know what happened to Ars3nic? I've tried emailing him and I always get postdevilery message, thats telling me that he deleted his old msn and now made a new one with probaly a new sythe user. I want to let admins know this information, and search all users with the same previous Ip as Ars3nic and ban him. He hasn't payed me after he offered me to train his account for 15gp/1xp.
