ags oldschool price?

i do a bit of merching and i was wondering what people thought ags's were going to sell for when they hit. I figure 150m or so at first dropping to around 80m after a month. post your thoughts n ideas.

 

I think they might initially be even higher, possible up to 200M-250M or so. Later, around 75M-90M for a while, I'd say.

 

i haven't been keeping up with the updates...did they ever decide to nerf their special attack?

 

IIRC the spec will take 60% of the spec bar.

That being said it's still going to be the most popular spec weapon for those that can afford it (No better feeling inside then popping a 60+ AGS spec)

I'd guesstimate it being in the 150-200m range upon initial release, then after a week or so it'll stabilize at ~100m

 

Pretty sure the 60% spec vote failed, it will stay 50% spec.

Anyway, I expect it to be about 200m on release day, and 100m within a week. Since everyone already knows how to kill the boss, what gear to bring, etc, there will be more of them in the economy faster than back in 2007.

 

this is true. N it seems most people are along the same train of thought. Theres alot of room to make alot of gp flipping these.

 

However, people in 07 don't have full bandos/torva or whatever expensive gear we used in EOC/Pre-EOC, so it might take slightly longer for people to gear up.

 

AGS special will only cost 50%; the vote for 60% failed. Honestly, I think Godsword blades are going to be at one of the biggest premiums. And because everyone's going to be looking for an AGS, I feel like there will be a ton of Bandos/Sara/Zammy hilts dropped with no blades to go with

 

Probably crazy price of 300-400mil on first few days, u get a hilt you will make the bank. Stable price with 50/50 spec if it comes out will be 150-200mil IMO

They are more common but they aren't a common drop at all. Especially seen as you need all parts of the blade before you can craft it, 2 blade shards 1 would be useless to you etc.

 

200m for the first few weeks, then it will be stable at 120m.

 

easily 250m imo cause everyone knows how powerful it is and theres alot of gold in the 07 economy

 

When they hit, no doubt 200m+

When there's more and the price starts to stabilize, I'm guessing 100m

The thing is, when godwars was first released, there was much much much more gold in the game.

 

Blade shards are much more common, but it's also quite likely that different people will get minions' drops - leaving many people with one or two shards and the inability to make a full blade. Also, like I said, I expect all of the blades to quickly go into Armadyl godswords

This is going to be an epic way to make bank if you've got the stats, the team and the tank skills.
