The original trade is much larger (till 96 strength and 90 range but we broke it down in smaller pieces due to his pressure for me to pay upfront).

After I confronted him stating I will create a report, he instantly admits to taking the 50m and offers a refund, although he thought that him admitting to take the 50m isn't actual evidence and decided to harass me and ask me for proof when he literally just admitted?

I agreed to a refund since I thought he was reputable enough that I trusted his words, but upon realizing the recent mishaps such as getting chargebacks for the price of $600, I've had enough and decided that I'm ONLY refunding IF he showed the screenshot he claimed to have. Nonetheless, he never provided me so that's why I'm refusing to issue a refund.

You BANNED me for a ridiculous reason when all I've ever wanted was to show support to the server by giving away $10 discord nitro weekly and I'm canceling that BECAUSE OF YOU. Basically, now you're siding with some troll. Whatever issue it is you got, it is between you and me. If anything, there is no point of putting my life into an actual misery when it already is. BTW, I agreed to a refund at first because I can no longer afford to have another punishment for I have already banned for two weeks and a week is enough already. But I've trusted way too much and have gotten screwed over way too many times - and that's why I decided that I will ONLY issue a refund if he PROVIDED me the bank screenshots he claimed to have.

The thing of it is is that, he mentioned that the bank was completely WIPED and I acknowledge the items it has. That is why I pointed out every item. And if I were to refund I had to deduct the item value from the 50m he is claiming.

This is just plainly ridiculous, I'm refunding an amount of 50m which he claimed he had with 0 proof or whatsoever, when in all actuality I've been covering for repair/coffer costs lmfao.

But sure thing, I'm gonna issue a refund him just only because I don't want perm ban, & not because I took shit from his bank. Keep that in mind, Mr. Gladiator. We'll definitely get along in the future. I look forward to more punishments coming from you since you get on my ass all day 24/7.

Oh and one more thing? I apologised about the whole exceeding 4 attack levels and he was completely cool, we agreed to getting the attack level to 85, instead. Just to make that clear for you Mr Perfect Who Thinks He's Always Right. @Gladiator

The deleted message still exists on this thread, it can and was reviewed by Staff. You tagged me yourself on Discord to deal with this report

As I told you on Discord, this was reviewed by another Global and admin and the decision will remain - it was a collective decision made by staff. There's proof here you acknowledge the funds being on the account, you would have said those funds weren't there upon logging in, you even agreed to refund him and list out all the items in another screenshot. You can't then suddenly have a change of heart and say: I'm not refunding because "idgaf" and because someone else charged me back - that has no relevance here. Your bad luck elsewhere doesn't mean you get to keep people's items.

This isn't even taking into account your extreme negligence to train one extra million's worth of EXP on someone's account and blame that on "I train too many accounts" as if that somehow makes it ok.

This decision isn't up for debate, kindly refund him or your two weeks absence from Sythe will be a permanent one.

 

The items for the training were refunded (41.6m)

As discussed with staff, a settlement for the account being ruined will be the originally suggested extended service. The current account stats (83 att and 88 strength) can be trained to 85 attack and 96 strength or equivalent in RSGP (46M) to resolve this report.

Both parties would have to agree to the service training, in the event that one party does not agree, GP will be the default resolution
