    "Will Clandys" is a ban evader.
    He is banned on KarelSegers, lechocoprince, Semper Magis, and Wesley Clipton for evasion. I previously requested an IP ban for him which he seems to have gotten around as he is now selling the exact same account:

    under the name Will Clandys. It'd be a great help if a mod could perma-ban his IP and all potential proxies that he is using because this is the fourth time he is evading and the third time that I have caught him. This guy is just getting to be too annoying.
