This user messaged me on skype wanting to rent my account. I rented to him approximately around 2:15 am. I then proceeded to go watch karils stream. After about 30 minutes i decided to check on my account. I logged in and didnt see my account in the duel arena max main spot. I waited about 5 minutes then decided to go looking for him. I was unable to find him anywhere in the duel arena, bank, or surrounding area. I immediately messaged him asking where he was. He messaged me back and immediately logged off. (even though he had approximately 30 mins left) I quickly secured my account and changed the pass. When i logged into the account to check if my whip had been dropped i realized the private was turned off. This is why i couldnt find him im assuming. Either he left and teleported back and set private off or he was staking the entire time with private off. Either way its against my clearly listed rules. He's lucky he logged before i was able to kick him off the account.

He also spammed my renting section. If you could remove this id be grateful thank you. If you need anything else let me know. Id show more screen shots but i blocked him.

That is no proof, he blocked me on skype and he set that private off himself so he wouldn't have to refund me

 

You broke his ToS so he is allowed to keep your deposit
