Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!) :

banned accs and alt acc have very similar interested, rspspk ikov, very similar servers. his linked acc flying acc has the exact rsps interest as the others, all of them are very similar. something is really fishy here. and should be looked into, as ban evading is a very serious offense.

 

While that is an alt account, they're not ban evading

The skype match doesn't link to a banned account and the audit links are only because of proxy/vpn matches. Just the fact they're interested in the same RSPS isn't enough to suggest he's ban evading, sorry
