Bloodymager Dispute

Dispute for "Bloodymager"

I have been banned for 1 month because of advertising through PMs.

I'm sorry, I specifically read through the rules because i thought that it might be against them. When i didn't find anything about advertising through PMs I thought it would be ok.

I did see this rule:
Users will be banned for 1 week for the following:
Advertising: Advertising a site in a post for the first offence will be a 1 month ban.

I saw the word post and assumed that it was only for posts specifically.

I read the rules for disputing a ban and found:
4. Do not try and use the excuse "it was not on the rules page," as the moderators have the right to ban you if they see fit. The rules list is not final. It can be edited, any time, without notice.

However, I am not solely basing my dispute off of this.

The rules state that it is only an offence for advertising so I think a month is a bit much.

That's about it, sorry for the inconvenience and please reconsider the 1 month ban on my account.

 

Changed it to 1 week since advertising is a 1 week ban.
