Rs2-server, orignally founded by Scar, Graham and Speljohan in early 2010 was aimed to be a brand new runescae emulation community, as times have changed we have progressed as a community and are now providing an official server to play.

Rs2-server was originally developed by Scu11 and vastico, however due to personal issues they both were unable to develop the server. At the time the server was a 474.

Today, the current developer is Martin. The server is based of Hyperion and has a lot of playable content making the gameplay as realistic as possible.

P.s To those idiots who think this is Project insanity, it's not. The client base is Nicknames so it may look like that, but the server is based off hyperion.
