Jointy Cleaned my bank+ switched account pass and info

Jointy cleaned my bank and character had to reset password and ask jagex to send me a new one via the security questions. he took 5-10M give or take i know to some its not a lot but for a returning player to get cleaned out after i told him this and explained to him and i was willing to go first for a paid quest since it was 2 long to be a free one . and then denied knowing me after blocking me on msn and then blew up on a fellow member of sythe after he contacted him
