Joint Service Thread

Hypothetical situation, I just want to know the answer.

Say you had a joint services thread, owned by yourself and a business partner. If the partner scammed, would you be banned?

 

I guess so, seen the fact there isn't allot to prove about it that it isn't set-up to be so. You would get a TWC atleast, I guess. Atleast, that seems to be the most logical situation to me.

If this happens to me I'll be able to prove my innocence, although I doubt it will happen anway, so it's all good.
