I have my last chance appeal to make.

I have 11.1 black marks. And it has been a member since '05 and it was created in probably '04. It isn't a really old account, but isn't just some random botting account.

I don't know what I can offer. I have paypal and rsgp. Or a somewhat decent tank ranger with a firecape.

I will not let some random try to. Seeing as it is a one time thing.

The offenses it has are:
1 * rule 1
3 * rule 7

I could send you my last chance appeal, but change up the words to fit your offense. I had 20 blackmarks, and was perm banned twice and got unbanned one time without any appeals left.
