firstly he tried saying he had none but his friend did he sent me his friends contact details and I talked to him but he would only accept high numbers with no vouches sythe acc w\e so I didn't do it. then a lot of bsing later he finally "has some" I give him 2.7m 07 and he changes his mind every 10seconds on if hes doing it or not then finally admits it was a scam and says he's not giving the 07gp back. requesting ban please
