EZ1 is a scammer.

So I used EZ1 to get me a firecape on my main account and he told me he would just take the payment out of my bank. Little did I know he emptied my entire bank account on Runescape.

How much were you supposed to pay Ez originally for the service?

 

6mil OSRS, he said he would just take it out of my bank once he is finished.

I find it highly unlikely that if he was going to clean your bank that he would leave behind 9k + other valuable items.
Unless you have some other proof that it was him, there is nothing to move forward here.

 

He took everything worth some substantial value, the guy has caution to trade with on his name. He did scam me I can't believe he is going to get away with it.

 

I personally don't see a reason to believe that he would try and clean you for a few items and still leave GP + other items on your account.

I'll leave this open for a final reply, but unless you have more proof there is nothing I can do I'm sorry.

 

So if I steal someone's bank and leave a little wealth behind I wont get banned?

 

Generally speaking it is impossible to tell who has taken the items, this could completely be an extortion attempt on your behalf, so without concrete evidence there is nothing to review.

If you felt unsafe, you should of removed your items from your bank then allowed him on to the account.
