Which violation you are reporting the user for:

Businesses/Partnerships: Anyone running a business or partnered service implicitly agrees to share responsibility for the actions of their co-owners, as well as any workers they employ while the worker is on shift and acting on behalf of the business.
If a partner or worker scams, all owners of the business will be banned until the debt is repaid. Workers, however, are not liable for anyone's actions but their own.
If an account is owned by a joint enterprise or company, then all owners/directors of the company/enterprise must either have never owned a Sythe account or have a Sythe account in good standing.
Note that a DNT'd user may work for a business as an employee, provided that they have no outstanding debt on Sythe.

Why you think they're violating Sythe rules:
Multiple people who own this business are DNT'd/Banned.
Additionally, I believe @Assassin, the current owner of the banner for DuelGP (which was swapped from the previous Discord name), should be required to provide proof of why it was swapped.
Lastly, while I’m not sure if this is enough evidence to definitively prove wrongdoing, it is at least enough to question him about it.

Was told to post here my conversation with @Sythe himself, obviously if it becomes an issue I can change banner but @DuelDave is in good standing (having repaid even) so I don't see an issue, but like I told Sythe I can just change it back no problem if its an issue

Could you please explain the extent of @Jayy and @Don Krypto's positions within your business? Proof of contracts/agreements specifically would be the most helpful.

Apologies for the delay, but new evidence was submitted several times by multiple parties, necessitating further review each time to ensure nothing was missed.

I was shown evidence in private that @Jayy is no longer involved with the project, and that @Don Krypto is merely a contractor for the company as opposed to an outright owner. So this report will be closed based on that.
