Briefly explain the trade: It wasn't much of a trade, I sent him a vouch copy to review and he has yet to review it. He has either downloaded it twice or sent it to a friend.

Thanks for posting. I'm afraid I don't really understand what you're reporting here. From what I can tell, you willingly sent a user your guide for free and are reporting the user for receiving it. We don't endorse and in fact discourage sending out 'vouch copies,' and a user not leaving a review is not a scam.
