Jiwi - Not responding

Hi, I hired Jiwi a while back to do a Logo/thread layout for me.

I need the file he used but he is not responding to me after numerous attempts at contacting him.

I paid 35$ for both of these. Shouldn't I receive the files? I need to update it and he is refusing to do it for me/give me the files.

Thanks for filing the report Will you please prove that he's refusing to give you the files necessary?

 

He has also posted on sythe since receiving those messages, no response.

 

Appreciate your help Lalapo I've PMed him for a response to this report, and he has 48 hours to respond.

 

He's replied and says he'll have them for you tonight, which I'm sure is within the next few hours for him. Contact him and please report back on the situation

He has posted the file. There should be a rule on the graphics forum where the file has to be given after payment imo....

He really won't his lesson from this - he would have continued to ignore me until I reported it. Waste of peoples' time...

Case re-opened 3/16/13

My attention has been brought over to this case. After reviewing all information necessary I as a part of the staff team am not comfortable with the final decision of Superman.

 

Discussed with with Rwm and MG, the decision stands. Thanks for your help guys
