    His current account has a TWC because he scammed me for a runescape account, that's all he does is come on here and scam, you can see he changes his ip constantly. I submitted a ban report over a week ago showing a screenie of skype where he says he does that intentionally, not because of a dynamic ip. Please perma ban this fool, he wasted 2 days of my time to scam me. He's pitiful.
