Which violation you are reporting the user for: Delaying payments for days after we sell gold, without letting us know up front. Also refusing to cover transaction fee, without us agreeing beforehand.
Why you think they're violating Sythe rules: We sold gold on saturday, it is now tuesday and still no payment has been received. This isn't the first time they do this, it's most of the time. They keep stalling and telling me they have to wait for the manager. I don't have the same timezone as their manager and we're never online at the same time, so every day I get the excuse "we have to wait for manager to get online". I left my address but they don't take the initiative to send at all, I have to keep spamming them with messages to get paid. Any decent business manager would clear all his open tabs whenever they get online.

Sent a message on monday, but "manager is offline":



On tuesday they apparently don't cover fee any more, and I have to wait another day to speak to the manager. currently still waiting on payment.

Firstly we do do apologize for the worker poor trading experience ( Some are newbie) and payment delay due to some time they need to wait for refill ( accountant ) . But as per checking discord logs worker has been made agreement with Search and promised add the missing fee on next trade . Also i have informed mmosale dont take gold upfront till vendors agreed or okay with the payment refill time frame ! Apologized again for this , Search ( I have personally pmed you on discord too )
