Jimm5410's Normal World German Loader

[Jimmy]

I was messing around with the params in RSBot and discovered that you could load a normal world in german (meaning that all the options and stuff are in german, but you are in a normal world, such as world 1). I changed up my own RuneScape loader a bit, and jarred it, so now anybody can experiment with it.
Have Fun!

I figured you could do this. And I assume that you can load a German world in English.....
