Explanation of the trade:
ended up hiring DVLS as an artist a while ago.
Had him collect his own money, so he owed the server "tax"
total came up to $14.2.
How they scammed:
He ended up making a bunch of excuses on why he couldnt pay the money, because of this he agreed to make 2 avatars for the server to cover the debt.
he was stalling until today he started going off in our general chat telling people not to order from us because we are scammers.

after being asked about it in pms he confirmed that he wont be repaying the debt, or making the avatars

dont plan on actually getting the money back from this report, but its just for it to be added to his ban reason for when he appeals his ban
