    Explanation of the trade: I was trying to buy gold from their website. I paid for the gold (500m 07), and the customer service never provided the gold.

    How they scammed: They didn't give me the 500m 07 I paid for, so I decided to ask for a refund and didn't get refunded either.

    Ok, this has been resolved.

    @Mmoak2018 TWC will be extended by 30 days as this report is seen as his live chat ignore the customer: Imgur and once he got in contact with the owner he told them to wait, this isn't acceptable.
