Someone is a scammer!!!

Hi I forgot my sythe account login so have to make this here. My discord name is Mike P#1270 and I got scam by the donator rscrown for 750m 07 gold I add him on discord from his sale thread and try to buy for litecoin when I sent the coin he logged off from discord

I have been asked on behalf of the parties effected to post regarding this:
As all older staff know - Up to August 2016 PM's were required for any evidence posted on Sythe through non-sythe communication channels to be considered valid.
As of August 2016 the following thread was made:
I would like to draw staffs attention to exhibit 1:
PMs are no longer required for Skype proofs!
Where the thread CLEARLY STATES that ONLY SKYPE proofs no longer require PM evidence. It directly states "Skype proofs" - I would draw staffs attention to exihibt 2:

Thus proving that Skype and Discord are different things.
Lets remeber that since that thread states skype proofs specfically that any and all other proofs besides SKYPE PROOFS hereby still play by the previous Sythe ruling in place which for reference is:
"All Evidence must be accompained by a Sythe PM for whatever medium of communication was used to be considered valid"
Which was changed to exclude skype in the above referenced sticky in exhibit 1, since only skype is referenced in exhibit 1 all other mediums of communcation still play by the last ruling put in place which again is:
"All Evidence must be accompained by a Sythe PM for whatever medium of communication was used to be considered valid"
Now since the thread states specfically SKYPE proofs dont require PM's anymore, any discord evidence without a Sythe PM is hereby invalid by Sythes own clearly stated rules. In the above accusation against the defendant there is no "SYTHE PM" thus rendering any and all evidence invalid.
Infact I would argue that it is actually staffs failure to properly update their rules stated on this forum to be more modernized & properly upkept that caused the above issues to even exist.

If staff had properly updated the rules the above wouldnt be an issue. It is not Rs crown's fault that staff failed to properly update the rules stated in RAS to include more than just "Skype proofs no longer require PM's" - Staff cannot blame him for their failure to update the stickys properly.

I move to have any and all evidence against @RS Crown that does not have a PM to accompany it is tossed out.

 

I'm personally highly doubtful of the legitimacy of this report but nonetheless, our current rules require reports to have confirmation pm's with the exception being for skype. As written, the sticky about pm's not being required for skype trades does not reference discord so we have to go by default policy, which is that sythe pm is a requirement.

Since there was no sythe pm for this trade, RS Crown cannot be held liable. Due to some recent discord changes we have added a sticky soon-to-be-updated regarding discord-only scam reports
