Nicely done Viper, I especially enjoy the render. Other pluses; good choice in text and vibrant coloring really makes it stand out. I'd enjoy seeing some of your other work, considering as this one is quite impressive.

I enjoy that it has a nice, short depth of field. Focus on the lips sets them off.

I dislike the Drop Shadow. Consider dropping it at a greater distance with more sharpness to it, at 90 degrees.

Think about the colour theory. You could have applied a vaguely blue background to it, while keeping the 'grapes' purple to make it look far better.

Consistency is key; Consider applying the same drop shadow to the text as you have to the border to make it appear as though the text floats above the image itself. This will give your image real dimension, and add another layer of depth.

On a side-note - Why the fake grapes? You can plant in any grapes you want, rather than just using the stock grapes for the actual stock lips, so why would you want transparent, artificial grapes?

I like the simplicity of it, just makes it look better.

Then consider using a drop shadow on the whole image, at 90 degrees. Make it have more sharpness than this 'outer glow' at a short distance, so it doesn't look like you hit it with a flat light.
