Briefly explain the trade: Paid $4 for a pin.

How they scammed: He agreed to let me apply via Teamviewer, but for some reason the connection couldn't be set up. I had to give him a pin and let him apply himself. He claimed that the pin didn't work and threaten me if I don't give him another he'd post bad things. I was forced to give him another pin. I let him apply on my computer this time. It worked. He vouched and logged. Payment got held after.
