Jeremih38 is a scammer.

I have previously talked to Brendan, Shin and Kiro about my issue at which they pointed me in this direction.

Explain the service: < or lack of :'(

So on Thursday night right before I was going to sleep I decided to hire Jeremih38 for his questing/skilling services.
I initially gave him a list that I wanted complete at which he gave me a quote of 10mil for the first list.
I traded him 10mil
We then agreed upon adding a few more quests for the price of 4mil with 200k for supplies
We then met in game and I traded him the rest.
He then logged onto the account to confirm what I had in my bank and gave me a screenshot of it
and then he proceeded to give me a time of which the service would begin and assured me that it "should be done when you are awake"

By the time I had woke up he seemed to be online but afk on both sythe and skype and now has not been online since then. Out of goodwill and trust I waited for the whole day for him to respond to no avail. Now I have waited nearly 48 hours for the service to be completed when I was assured that it would be completed by the time I wake up (around 8 hours or so)

May I also ask why no mods have responded either?

 

I had pressing matters to attend to, and said it SHOULD be completed by the time you wake, that was not a certainty if you found it so, that is my mistake. I already said the service will be completed when I have time. By the time I was available to do the service, the account password had be changed, thus the user logged onto the account and changed the details of the account. In doing so, he has broken my terms of service and will NOT be refunded.

 

He has responded and stated that I have broken his TOS as I predicted. Shin told me to ignore that possibility as sythe rules overrides his TOS

 

@Jeremih38 please refund him as soon as is possible if you want to keep your Sythe account.

 

OH. His TOS specifically states:

You Must not log into the account DURING the service.

He disappears for 3 days and is now falsely claiming that I had broken his tos.....

 

I would like to know what rule I've broken that makes him eligible for a refund.

 

He paid for a service which hasnt been provided. You either complete the quests he paid for or refund the price. Not a discussion.

 

By paying me and letting me log onto the account, he automatically agreed to my ToS, if it's not a discussion why have service providers got ToS? In case something goes wrong and there is a claim.

 

By that logic you could take on 100 orders and just stop replying until they panic and log in. Stop wasting everyone's time and give the guy his money back. You have an hour.

 

By your logic seems to me that Sythe Staff can just undermine other service provider's ToS. I've completed a service for people who were content with my service and agreed to my ToS. I will not be giving the money back, this will be an example to those who wish to provide a service for future customers, the Sythe Staff will undermine you if anything goes wrong and always take the customers' side. No point creating a ToS anymore, this is pathetic.
