Terms of Service
Before you purchase a fire cape from Mouldy you must accept the following terms.


1) Payment
Customer (client, he/she) must send a payment before firecaper (Me) begins the process of firecaping. The client has an access to PayPal only. Customer must send the exact amount shown in the price list unless the firecaper has agreed else. He/she will not try to trick/scam/fool the firecaper. Proper equipment must exist on the client's RuneScape account.

To ensure fluency in trading, I require the customers to provide the following messages.

A) PayPal PAYMENT NOTE
I have satisfyingly received the intangible goods and they are exactly as described.

B) EMAIL MESSAGE FROM YOUR PAYPAL EMAIL TO YOUR FIRECAPER.

This is a small token of my appreciation and just wanted to say a big thank-you for my Runescape virtual goods! Thanks!

IF YOU IGNORE THE STEP ABOVE, you acknowledge the firecaper decides whether your money will be refunded or not.


2) My Part.
Mouldy (service) will not cause harm to the client on purpose. The service will not scam any of its customers - neither real life money nor RuneScape goods. Mouldy must obtain a fire cape after the payment has been made. Mouldy has an ability to cancel the deal, however in this case it must return customer's payment. The service may experience delays and the customer can request his/her money back any time. In case Mouldy fails during the "job", the client has two options: A) Ask to return the money B) Let the firecaper attempt again. Mouldy has an ability to change these terms when ever necessary.


3) After the cape
Mouldy must keep customer's RuneScape username and other harmful details (most stats, friends etc.) hidden and secret unless the client agrees else.


4) Other
Both Mouldy and the customer must maintain good manners. If either party feels uncomfortable communicating they are allowed to cancel the deal. However this must happen before the payment.
