JCoins? Is there any way I can trade these?

I was just wondering if there was any way I could sell these JCoins to anybody if they're already on my account... or at least turn these JCoins into something the least bit worthwhile.

 

Jcoins to my knowledge are bound to your account. I imagine the most you could do with them is to apply the coins to a different Jagex game. But I have never been in a situation to have jcoins so that is just a guess.
