Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
On the 01/10/2020 @James_Ye reached out and informed me that the ironman account I sold him had been recovered. I never filed any recovery attempts on his or any other account that I previously sold, I realized that my long time friend (@illestnigga) must have recovered it. I checked Facebook and other medias I had him added, to see that he had blocked me.
@James_Ye had no intentions of reporting me (hes yet to report me/any of the other guys that scammed him on sythe, despite me encouraging him to do so). I could of easily settled this without mods interference, or chose not to respond to james at all. I reached out to @Pendulum and informed him about the situation (knowing it would grant me a DNT). He urged me to request a DNT, in which I did here: Outstanding debts.
Not long after this, me and my long term fiancée split ways, I had to pay TWO house rents for 3 months (check my ip audit, I moved november 2021), insurance and groceries on my own. Being a full time student without part time job or passive income repaying James earlier was impossible. Today the car that me and my girlfriend owned togheter got sold, I immediately reached out to James once I got the funds in to my bank account and repaid him. James was nice enough and even offered me to pay him 500$ (instead of 626$ which I initially owed him). I agreed to meet him somewhere in the middle and paid him 560$. I think it's paramount that staff understands I repaid him as soon as I had the oppurtunity to, I never wanted to postpone it for this long. Despite my "good intentions" (me reporting myself, and choosing to involve staff when James had no plans to report me), I sold an account knowing that a third party (@illestnigga) had access to early information that could lead to a successful account recovery. I did however inform James prior to his initial purchase back in jule of 2020 that a friend of mine had access to recovery information. I assured him it would be safe, I told James that I trust my friend more than any other person I know. Bottom line is, I sold an account that I back then deemed safe, and I should of known better. There is no sugar coating it, as a member whos been here since 2014 I should of known better. For the sake of this pardon, I would like to add that no other accounts I've sold have been recovered. If I had malicious intent I would of never reached out to Pendulum, and I could of recovered every account that I have ever sold. Most staff here is aware of that I do not run any business here on sythe, and me being a DNT here have no impact my financial situation. I repaid James NOT in hopes to pass a pardon, but because I had guilt for selling him an account that was not safe. Not repaying him was never an option, it is the only right thing to do. Big thank you and kudos to James and @Andy for being so patient and understanding throughout this process <3 it's been a rough couple of months from a financial and emotional point of view, I am happy to have this resolved, finally. I am not gonna play the victim card because my friend scammed me, @James_Ye is the true victim here and words cannot express how sorry I am for all this. Lesson learnt, and I accept any decision made on this pardon, whether it be in my favor or not, it's honestly the least of my concern.
