I'm sure anyone who has sent him or received a payment from him can confirm he is Jeriel Bernido.

Ok, so I did not have any proof at first since it was an account recovery but he sent me a pm saying something interesting.
You can see he says he shared it with three good RS friends. First off, why would someone trust three people they have never met IRL with a level 136 account. Second, he never told me he had shared the account which I think is worth mentioning... Thirdly, why would someone who is not the original owner have enough info on the account to recover it? If a mod would like to log onto my sythe account and check my messages you can see I did not photoshop this photo. I am not asking for this person to get banned because I see from their vouches he has plenty of legit vouches but if he does not return the account, give me a refund or give me a new account with equal value then please ban him. This message gives some pretty good proof that he recovered the account.

He also no longer answers my pm's but I know he has seen them because I have checked his profile multiple times to see he is online but no new pm's from him. If a mod would like to confirm this also I am perfectly fine with this.
This is my first time posting a scam report. If more info is needed please let me know.
