when you put in shippin info what does cont'd mean?

cont'd means something like "continued address" or something
it means the same thing as "2nd address"

yeah, if it doesn't have the little star or asterisk next to it,... you don't need to fill it out

 

you would probably enter an apartment number in or sumthing???
