FUTchamps scammed me for 120m while questing on my account

Explanation of the trade: I had used FUTchamps services before in order to get a fighter's torso on my account, so when I needed a few quests and 40 farming done for the barrel-chest anchor, I also went to FUTchamps for it.

How they scammed: FUTchamps had been taking a few days to finish the questing, so on Wednesday, March 21st I put a few expensive items (Torture, Bandos Tassets, and Dragon claws) back onto the account so I would be able to PK. Since I had used FUTchamps services before and had no problem, I left the items on the account (which was a lazy mistake by myself). On Saturday, after FUTchamps had told me part of the service was done, I logged onto the account to check it. After logging on I realized my items, totaling about 120m, were missing. On friday, the day before my items went missing, FUTchamps had told me to change my password because he had allowed a "worker(s)" onto my account. Personally, I believe either FUTchamps himself scammed me, or his worker scammed me, and he used his request for me to change my password to cover his steps. I would just like my items back, as myself and FUTchamps were the only people who had access to my account. My computer is secure, as I run regular scans with malwarebytespro, and have had no infections in the past notable amount of time. Thank you.

okay i'm now here, sorry for the delay @Champ i've been extremely busy.

Also note I am struggling at this time to get screenshots as using My mobile data due to travelling, But doing what i can to currently attend to this, If needs be I can acquire any screenshots to any specific point needed throughout my statement when I can.

Firstly would just like to note, there has never been any issues with any client (or banks worth 100m+ in the past) or any issue with this client as i have completed orders for him previous to this.

Now previous to this he did not have any items such as those on the account, he did have other misc items and gear adding to maybe 10/20m I would say, untouched as any service would be.

Now this specific order, was assigned to my worker @Zanqueta - who can provide information of our chatlogs if needs be, claimed when i received the order and passed it to him, Tuesday 20th of march, those items were once on the account and left untouched, as the customer later DID transfer them again, As he said on the Wednesday, (the day after) he transferred them back on again.

In this case ^ I would like to point out apart of my TOS is "You must not login without contacting myself, or the service can be terminated without refund" He was already breaking the TOS by logging in, without myself knowing.

He also took days and days, bringing the payment for the skill, and also my worker contacting me saying he was missing a quest requirement, which took days to pay, the service was on hold and could not be completed.

Now me and my worker had a conversation, he wanted a refund on his part of working for me, as he didn't want to work anymore, Which is the reason being, i asked him to change the password on the friday, so I could complete the order MYSELF when i could get online. I did not refund his deposit then due to TOS so realistically decided to stay. In the end we had an agreement and he was also waiting these multiple days for the payment to complete the prequest etc, and then I could of passed the new information over.

Now from the Thursday, I was too busy IRL preparing for travelling on the Friday, On the Friday, I wasn't really on at all, as many clients know themselves, I couldn't get online enough to complete orders. From after asking him to change the password on the friday, He then contacts me on the Saturday, claiming these specific items had been removed from his account.

What actually caught my eye was this.

Firstly he claimed he had "forgot" to transfer items between accounts, But done it multiple times already, without me knowing.

Secondly claimed, he had left them on there as he trusted me and had no reason to transfer otherwise.

I don't understand why he would go between both points.

After days of continuously repeating the same things, He STILL asked me to continue the order on his account, which shocked me, There was no way I was logging in with an accusation like that, and that I would like him to follow through with the report he was making on me to have it dealt with, before I either continued with the order, or refunded which was reasonable.

He also noted nothing else had been taken from his account, including a berserker ring imbued, or misc gear, items totalling up to a fair bit. EVERYTHING was left untouched except 3 items he claimed taken.

Now I contacted my worker regarding this exact accusation, @Zanqueta and he provided me his side of events, which you may ask him for screenshots of, or until I can.

All in all from the way I see this, nothing has been taken from his account, He would not provide any evidence/screenshots or anything in regards to what has happened, So I personally could not help any further. He has done something to then try sabotage me, As stated I have never ever had problems with any clients with high bank value, high gold trades, working along side other clients with businesses.

Anymore specific information that is needed or required do not hesitate to ask.

My TOS is very clear to all customers, and should be taken into consideration of any trades.

Also, three items that FUTchamps took were my whole bank, yes there was a berserker ring imbued along with some other items but they don't total up to over 5m so there would be no reason to go through the trouble of taking it all. FUTchamps has been trying to turn this situation on me during the entirety of this ordeal and personally I believe it gives on a better idea of his true motive/actions.

 

I don’t think selling gold would have any relevance when I’ve been selling 100ms+ for weeks and throughout with my vouches, You’re just trying to be quite manipulating and abusive, I’m not being held accountable for something that hasn’t been caused by me, we can now wait for Champ to return.

 

Please let me know why you're acting like the victim when YOU were the only other person with access to my account when 120m went missing?

I just want my items back, I don't care if the user is banned or not if I am able to receive a refund.

So that was Wednesday I quoted from Robbie aswell as many other people often, and your items went missing Saturday? Seems legit when I sell gold ALOT if referred to vouches, as you quoted in your first statement “on Friday, the day before my items went missing” lol.

 

I was back home on vacation for my birthday, so I wasn't able to log on until Saturday, and that's when I noticed the items were missing. You had access to my account for almost a week and the items could have been taken Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, or even early saturday. The bottom line is that you were the ONLY other person with access to my account, and you happened to try to sell the exact amount of gold missing from my account whilst you were doing a service on my account.

 

I'm done bickering back and forth as this isn't going to yield any results, @Champ please review all the new evidence and make your decision based on the evidence, not the shady explanation @FUTchamps is trying to persuade you with.

 

Now you keep adding in more and more different stories, I’m not convinced nor am I falling for it, I also sold 130m yesterday? I also sold 100s of mils previously, is that relevant? No.

 

@FUTchamps If the order is not finished / service that he ordered is not refunded, you will be banned.

- Did you state he should xfer his items, prior to starting the service?

 

He did not have anything prior to services, nor did I know he did as stated he transferred multiple times without me knowing and technically interrupting the service. TOS provides I am not accountable to anything over any value of what is needed, but regardless everything else was left untouched.

 

Also yes he will be refunded which he can confirm I said prior to this as I would not login and complete until this accusation was dealt with.

 

- Your TOS will never trumpy Sythe rules. But we have a rule / account service update, that states you must tell the user to xfer all goods, whether or not he states he has them / it is your responsibility.
