Why not just get a better internet?

 

almost had to do that but luckily for my internet (unlucky for me) I had to move since my income got much lower. Seems weird I make less money but my internet is better ha but 2-3 months is plenty I'd say. It's cool to see people have so much fun in games.

What latency were you getting?

 

Sypherz... I feel like you are lying just to hide from us league of legend people!

 

The first year I played was around 21. Now I'm sometimes lucky enough to get 75 which is very playable. But on average I'll be between 250 and 600.

 

Wow that's insane. I never got below 50.

Us Aussies play fine between 200-300ms.

 

It's impossible to adjust to after thousands upon thousands of hours with flawless ping. And the 500+ ms games are what really get me :/

 

I know exactly what you're getting at Sypherz. I play CSGO (yeah laugh all you want) with ~32ms ping. Today I had spikes around 100... being my lower end and at mostly spiking to ~300. Since I was so used to playing at the 32 I could NOT hit anything at 100+... I was ready to rip someone's throat out because I went from a KDR of like 10:1 to 24 & 20... At one point my ping was ~1600 and I got couldn't even move.

Then again, my brother and sister just came home (away at college) so I think they're getting all their porn downloaded while they have decent internet. >_<

 

Are you sure that it is not a temporary problem of your ISP? Have you tried contacting them?

 

We are used to it though and have never played League under 150 ping. I bet we will have a bit of trouble once our Aus servers are up and our skillshots fire instantly and we don't have to correct them so much haha.

 

You should try calling up your ISP and see if there's a reason for the lag.

One of my friends in the US kept getting 300+ Pings, up from around 50, so he called them up and they solved the problem somehow.

I was in the US for about 3 months, and loved the 40 ping, and once I came back here, playing on even 170 ping (the best i get here) felt like absolute shit.

It's as if I'm lagging on COD - and I REALLY hate that.
