I was inquiring on how I can go about things to get it removed.

I have been legit since and have never committed a scam since then.

I have paid everything back & it has been a long time.

I'm a trusted user on Sythe and I would really like my Do Not Trade revoked so I can go and sell some of my Runescape Gold.

Please tell me how i can go about getting it removed.

As you already know i've been really going through a financial crisis.

I of course don't have it all to be paid in one shot although i could go into a weekly plan.

I'd pay the first batch today. And weekly i'd pay the amount due If i go off track then put me back on DNT.

I really need Sythe to generate income with flipping RS07 Gp.

Do you think I can do this..?

All I can say is no.
Your DNT will not be removed until you pay back your victims, why not use the 07 you currently have and pay back your debts? The loans you borrowed from FRIENDS?

Pay your debts/loans back, then apply for a DNT removal.
