    Heya,
    The customer wanted an account that was posted in one of our discord channels, we checked to see if was available but noticed it was already sold.

    We then offered him another account with similar stats and he started getting rude. Moments later he went over to general chat and tried degrading us.. A customer brought it to my attention and I instantly banned him, we don't allow any toxicity inside of our server.

    Yoshi, I dmed you the ticket transcript.

    I reviewed the ticket. OP wanted an account that was listed for sale but was out of stock, (the account was a regular ironman and not a hc) op was offered something similar but didn't want to pay the price difference, op then said "wouldn't trust these guys" in the servers general chat and was banned. The ticket showed no indication of anything nefarious and no punishment will be issued.
