    @Chloe Normally this would be closed as per not having direct proof, however, I think circumstantial evidence proves strong here. At the very least, I think a TWC is in order. Let me know what you think - was discussing this with Champ in PM.

    After further investigation and a collection of opinions, we have decided there is not enough proof to justify a ban. But, the user will be left a TWC as they are some speculation.
