Scammed by eric

We went through this trade a while ago before he had his "trade with caution" thing. Very simple, he asked to do $ by mail, i saw he was a mod with thousands of posts, figured it wasn't that amazing of an account and why would he steal it. He has now blocked me on AIM after I have been very civil and patient waiting for the money. This is the thread where he said he would buy it: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=423790 . I'm not sure how I could prove that he didn't send the money, I do have the msn conversations saved where I gave him the info to the account and my address etc. I could post those If they would help the situation.
