Reporting the Scammer-Black Cape

Briefly explain the trade:I was going to buy a 9HP account from him for 18,5m.
How they scammed:I gave him the first 7M, i would give him the other 11,5m tomorrow.
Proof that you were not talking to an impostor:I can Give PM's he send me about the account.

Hello, so i've known this guy for a few days now.
He seemed trusted, and i wanted to buy his 9HP account for 18,5m.
I didnt have the whole price, so i payed first 7M, and i would get the account, and pay later the other 11,5m.
The account wasnt alright, i couldnt login.
I asked him, he sayed i needed to chill down, he will recover it for me etc.
Still he aint responding, so i posted on one of his threads, and now he claims he already sold it.
I know msn history isnt good proof, but he said his name i needed to trade to, the location, the amount etc.
Everything is right, i also got the pic i traded him the 7M.
I post the pic and the conversation here, i can also give PM's i got from him saying he will recover it for me if needed.
Everything is spoken in Dutch, so maybe someone can translate it for a mod or something?
Else, i do it myself, and people check if it's right what i say.

Obvisously this is a scam, he says in the hostory his name and where we need to trasnfer, lumby bank etc.
I trade with that account, at that spot, if u want more proof, i can give u guys PM's he said he will recover it for me, so kinda weird he send it to me, and now says he already sold it, and im jalous?
