During the call I netstat -np the call, to find the scammers location.

He's 16 living in staffordshire under the name James.

 

Running a location check - do you have any proof you can't access the account? I know it's a bit hard to show but anything will help

 

I left my actual details in the skype conversation, to prove that it got stolen, since that was its actual details. You can try yourself
