    Not Receiving Forgotten Pass Email
    Hi, my profile - catsayshello

    Is not receiving the email for forgotten password, been waitig a little over an hour since first attempt now.

    Is it possible the email service is down?

    I've already checked my Junk and All Mail folders

    I am unable to respond to that thread as I dont own an account right now.

    The email sent by Charlotte did not arrive into my gmail inbox.

    Could we instead try 'removed'
