[daemon32] Guide to Close Unwanted Processes! [EASY]

This is a guide to those users out there who are unfamiliar with computer technology and how to use it. As I am aware, this is a very simple task and yeah sure you know how to do it, there is someone out there who can't, so this is for them.

    Step 1:

Press (on your keyboard) "Control" whilst pressing Control, press "Alt" also whilst pressing Alt, in the mid/right side of your keyboard there will be a button that says Del or Delete, press that.

    Step 2:

If you're using the Windows XP Operating System, Task Manager will show up. If you're using Windows Vista/7, you will now need to click on "Start Task Manager"

    Step 3:

At the top, you will see several tabs, Applications.. Processes.. Services.. etc., click on Processes.

    Step 4(Vista/7 Users Only):

Click (on the bottom left of the Task Manager), "Show processes from all users." It will most probably ask for administration permission.

    Step 5:

Now, at the top, under the previously mentioned tabs, click twice on "User Name."

    Step 6:

Without interfering with any open programs etc., you are able to close all your username (in this case mine is daemon32 so all processes created with username "daemon32" I can click end process and my computer will still be functioning, just with these programs closed) to reduce program count, therefore allowing for more room to run programs you want open to be smoother and quicker.

    Step 7:

For all programs you want to close, click on the name, then click on "End Process" and then confirm you want to end it. You may do this for ANY processes you would like to end that are NOT from Network, those are needed. If you see processes from "System" and you are unsure of what they are, do NOT end them or something that is unwanted may happen! If it is taking up tons of space, google the name and see if it's needed.

** Please note this is a very simple guide to a very simple task. It is one of the very beginning guides I have ever made so don't judge. All information provided were used from my own intellect and have not been plagiarized from any website, all Sythe.org rules have been abided.
