Jailbreaking iPhones/iPod Touches

Not trying to bash your services, but can't you just go to: www.jailbreakme.com and you slide the bar and it does everything for you?

 

Was gonna say the same thing, its fully LEGAL to Jailbreak your iPhone , even 4.0.2 works i think
