Jai Ho scams..

Hi, I went on to try buying a new account yesterday.. And I found this Init pure, and I wanted to buy it.. I offered him 50$ and he agree'd with that. So firstly, he wanted me to send them to him as a gift... He didn't accept other ways, so I couldnt send them to him as gift.. After a long discussion, I sent them as goods through Paypal. He accepted them, and wanted me to do a Claim&Cancel. So I did, I went claim&canceling.. After some time, I told him that I did Claim&Cancel. But he didn't noticed.. So I took screenshots of my mail, that I claimed and canceled. I uploaded them and sent the links to him. Still, he didn't trusted the claim&cancel. So he sent me back the money, 46,75 dollars?.. So I was like why only 46,75 dollars and he said because it costs fees.. So.. He told me to send them as "donate" to him, so he could be sure, that I couldn't take back the money for good. So I in, sending the money as a "donate" to his email, I told him that I'd sent them, and he went accepting them. So I asked for the password and info's to the account, but he didn't replied. I was getting angry, after 20minutes, still no replies from him. So I felt like I was getting scammed, so I logged off msn and went to do a claim&cancel. I don't believe that I will get my money back, because it's sent as a donation to his email. So I talked with him today, and he said that he was "testing" me and wouldnt take risks.
