i agree with xoy....you need to figure our what your doing with it first (pking or staking) then raise other stats accordingly. if your going to be a pker like you said, then i recommend getting your prayer level up as well as mage.

 

I think its great just like it is. I would get 99 range and hp though, then just make a load of money on it and do whatever you want.

good start i mean its just got range so a lot you can do to it id train another skill like str or mage unless you want to strictly be range tbh id get 82 mage then 94 for blitz then barrage if you wanna own in new pk.
